1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services provided by Trouve Marketing Solutions (“Trouve”, “we”, “us”). 2. Our services

We provide brand strategy, social media management, content creation, AI and digital marketing systems, personal branding and training services. The specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written scope or proposal agreed with you.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on our website are starting prices in Kenya Shillings and are a guide. Your final fee is confirmed in your written scope. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made via M-Pesa Buy Goods Till 8617088 or another method we confirm in writing. Monthly services are billed in advance.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals and any materials or access we need to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

5. Approvals and revisions

Content is shared for your approval before publication where applicable. The number of revision rounds is set out in your scope.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless agreed otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks and know-how, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.

8. Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to delivering the agreed services professionally and with care, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, followers, leads or revenue.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end a monthly service with the notice period set out in the scope. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
